 If you ask me—yes! The New Capital is shaping up to be a major landmark backed by infrastructure, vision, and momentum. I think it’s becoming a symbol of Egypt’s next chapter.

Q: You’ve been investing in some of Dubai’s most prestigious addresses. What inspired this shift to Egypt?

Fahbin:
 Dubai will always be home. It’s where I carved my path, built my business, and discovered my love for real estate. But Egypt touched something deeper. There was a pull—emotional, but strategic too. It felt like a bold choice that was appropriate for the situation.

Fahbin:
 Location is everything, and I’ve always gone for places that whispered “yes” to me. This villa’s location was unmatched.  Oh, 100%. That sealed it. Cleopatra, the pharaohs, and ancient scholars—they all lived along this river. When I look out at the Nile, it’s humbling. Something is grounding about being tied to a river that has quietly witnessed thousands of years. It provides the home with real meaning.
